Privacy
If you choose to create a customer account, that information will be stored online, and will only be accessed by WSCADV employees, and then only to contact you if there is a question or problem with your order. WSCADV will never share or sell your information to any third party organization.
Shipping
Items ship via USPS Priority Mail for orders in the US. We also ship to international addresses and APOs; none of our materials have any export or legal restrictions. Please see our FAQs page for more shipping information.
Security
Our online shopping cart, Shopify, is fully compliant and up-to-date with all security requirements. Our credit cards are processed through Authorize.net, a well-known and trusted payment gateway that provides advanced security and fraud protection services. WSCADV does not store your credit card information for any reason.
Payment Options
All charges are made in US dollars. All exchange rates are set by the issuing card company and/or bank.
Returns and Exchanges
- All products are final sale.
- For extenuating circumstances where a return or refund is warranted, refunds will be issued electronically via credit card if the original payment was made via credit card; if payment was made via check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
- Return shipping costs will only be paid by WSCADV if the return or exchange was due to our error.
